Job Title: Fircosoft Consultant (Contract)

Location: New York, NY Hybrid (Approx. 2 days onsite per week)

Overview

We are partnering with a leading financial services organization on a major implementation and transformation program and are seeking an experienced Fircosoft Consultant to join the team on a 12-month contract.

This role requires a hands-on professional with deep expertise in Fircosoft solutions, capable of supporting configuration, tuning, and end-to-end delivery within complex enterprise environments. The consultant will work closely with compliance, technology, and business teams to ensure successful delivery of financial crime screening capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation and configuration of Fircosoft solutions.

• Perform system tuning and optimization to improve screening performance and reduce false positives.

• Participate in end-to-end delivery of Fircosoft implementations across complex enterprise environments.

• Collaborate with technology, compliance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.

• Support integration of Fircosoft with upstream and downstream systems.

• Assist with testing, deployment, and production support activities.

• Analyze screening results and recommend rule adjustments and tuning strategies.

• Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and best practices during the transformation program.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience working with Fircosoft solutions (e.g., sanctions screening, payment screening, or name screening).

• Proven experience in configuration, rule tuning, and system optimization.

• Experience supporting large-scale implementations or transformation programs.

• Familiarity with financial crime compliance frameworks including sanctions screening and AML processes.

• Ability to work within complex financial services environments.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large financial institutions or global banks.

• Knowledge of Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, or Firco Screening platforms.

• Experience supporting enterprise integration and migration projects.

• Understanding of payment systems such as SWIFT or transaction screening workflows.

Work Environment

• Hybrid work model with approximately 2 days per week onsite in New York (flexible depending on experience).
