Summary

We are seeking a high-level Veeva Vault Data Migration Architect to lead the end-to-end data transition strategy for a large-scale project. This role requires a blend of technical mastery in SaaS/Cloud solutions and strategic oversight of the product backlog to ensure seamless data integration and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities: * Backlog Management: Oversee the data migration product backlog, including tasks, features, and User Stories.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Customer Data Lead to define Acceptance Criteria and finalize Source-to-Target Mapping.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead Code Development and Scripting to facilitate complex migrations.
  • Project Governance: Develop a standardized migration approach and manage Progress Trackers across all migration stages.
  • Documentation: Author and manage technical documentation following the customer's SDLC and GxP review processes.
  • Validation: Coordinate development and validation efforts for data transformation and loading.

Essential Skills: * Veeva Expertise: Deep knowledge of Veeva Vault Configuration, Implementation, and Data Models (documents, records, metadata).

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Java or Python and Vault Loader/APIs.
  • Strategic Design: Proficient in grooming requirements in JIRA and leading architecture and design strategies.
  • Migration Specialist: Expert-level understanding of ETL processes and Data Quality Assessment/Cleansing methodologies.
  • Troubleshooting: Advanced skills in resolving complex data discrepancies and architectural issues.

Desirable Skills: * Direct experience with Veeva Vault Quality.

  • Functional knowledge of Quality Management Processes (NC, CAPA, Change Control, Audit, Complaints).
  • Experience working with demanding customers in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
