Description: Position: Electrical Engineer - Analog & Electrical Systems Location: Littleton, CO About the Role We're seeking an Electrical Engineer with strong Analog circuit design experience to support end-to-end technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation across complex hardware and software programs. In this role, you'll translate customer and product requirements into robust engineering solutions while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams throughout the full system lifecycle.
You will contribute to concept development, design, fabrication, testing, installation, operation, maintenance, and system disposal activities. This position requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to work within technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Responsibilities Perform system-level technical planning, requirements analysis, integration, verification, and validation.
Translate customer and product requirements into complete system solutions for hardware and software components.
Conduct functional analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and timeline analysis to define system architecture.
Review and interpret engineering documentation including interface control documents (ICDs), electrical schematics, CAD models, and assembly drawings.
Perform circuit-level failure mode analysis and support system reliability assessments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams through design, testing, and deployment cycles.
Support system tests, troubleshooting, and verification activities.
Travel as needed to support project activities across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of Analog circuit design experience (internship experience acceptable).
Experience in systems engineering, including requirements development and verification.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, ICDs, CAD drawings, and technical documentation.
Hands-on experience with circuit failure mode analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio.
Strong understanding of electrical standards, testing methods, and troubleshooting practices.
Willingness to travel domestically (AL, CO, CA, PA...).
Preferred Experience 2-4 years working with circuit design, electrical testing, and electrical standards.
1-2 years of experience in electrical troubleshooting and requirement development.
- Experience with CAD tools (1-2 years).
