Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Kinaxis Senior Solution Consultant on behalf of our client in Florida. This role is ideal for an experienced supply chain planning professional with strong expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro implementations. The successful candidate will lead solution design, configuration, and delivery efforts while partnering with business stakeholders to drive end-to-end supply chain planning transformations.

The position requires a blend of functional supply chain knowledge, hands-on Kinaxis configuration experience, and strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and configuration activities within Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro.
• Support planning processes across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Capacity Planning, and S&OP.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs and system configurations.
• Configure and maintain workbooks, worksheets, measures, hierarchies, calendars, alerts, searches, scheduled tasks, and automation processes.
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend industry best-practice planning solutions.
• Participate in Agile project delivery, including sprint planning, development, testing, and demonstrations.
• Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with integration teams to validate data flows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure planning data accuracy.
• Facilitate client workshops, solution reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to solution standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse and/or Kinaxis Maestro.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes, including:
  • Demand Planning
  • Supply Planning
  • Inventory Planning
  • Capacity Planning
  • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable Kinaxis solutions.
• Knowledge of ERP and planning system integrations, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, APO, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting data validation, workflow testing, deployment activities, and production support.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Ability and willingness to travel as project needs require.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or related industries.
• Kinaxis Solution Consultant Certification.
• Kinaxis Author Certification.
• Prior experience leading workshops, mentoring team members, and managing functional workstreams.
