Pay Range: $50/hr - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support for CATIA V5 and 3DEXPERIENCE
- Act as SME for automotive CAD and drawing release processes
- Troubleshoot complex CAD/PLM issues and ensure stable operations
- Design and implement CAD automation using KBE / KWA / KWE
- Develop and maintain CAD templates and reusable assets
- Support new product development for automotive interior, exterior, seating, and tire components
- Perform kinematics and packaging analysis
- Support CATIA Manufacturing (V4/V5) and NC code development
- Collaborate with onsite customer teams and offshore delivery teams
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- CATIA V4 / V5 / V6
- 3DEXPERIENCE Platform
- ENOVIA V6, SmarTeam, Teamcenter
- KBE / KWA / KWE
- CAD automation and performance optimization
- Kinematics and packaging
- Industry Experience
- Automotive OEM / Tier1
- Tire Technology
- Aerospace
- 10+ years in CAD / PLM support and engineering roles
- Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to work independently in an onsite engagement model
