Description
We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Product Owner/Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Vienna, Virginia. In this role, you will act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of priorities to drive the success of our D365 Sales, Marketing, and Power Platform environment. You will play a pivotal role in managing product backlogs, creating detailed user stories, and guiding Agile teams while contributing to the organization's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Manage and prioritize product backlogs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Develop detailed user stories and process documentation to support Agile development teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and new feature development.
Provide guidance and support to Agile teams, ensuring smooth execution of projects within a SAFe framework.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and ensure clear communication across all parties involved.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions, recommending adjustments to meet evolving business needs.
Support change management processes to ensure successful adoption of new system functionalities.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the Dynamics 365 CE environment and related technologies.
Drive product strategy while balancing day-to-day operational support.
Requirements
Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, including Sales and Marketing modules.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SAFe principles.
Ability to create detailed user stories and documentation to support development teams.
Experience in managing product backlogs and prioritizing tasks based on business goals.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
Familiarity with change management processes and strategies.
Knowledge of Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and Oracle NetSuite technologies.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
