Senior Solutions Architect

Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our team in Arlington, Virginia. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions, with a focus on Salesforce architecture and integration strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of software development principles and the ability to align technical solutions with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
Develop and refine enterprise and solution architecture strategies that align with organizational objectives.
Create scalable roadmaps for Salesforce and integrated systems to support business and operational needs.
Define and advocate for architecture principles that enhance DevSecOps practices, system reliability, and continuous delivery.
Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce architecture, configuration, and integration methodologies.
Contribute to governance practices, security assessments, and compliance reviews for the platform.
Manage and oversee release processes and deployment activities for Salesforce and connected systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on best practices and standards.
Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges related to system architecture and integration.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role.
Proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript.
Strong knowledge of the .NET Framework and database management systems.
Expertise in Salesforce architecture and integration patterns.
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and continuous delivery principles.
Ability to design scalable and reliable software solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication abilities for collaboration with various teams.
