We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Developer to design build and maintain robust solutions within our Oracle EBusiness Suite environment The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in PLSQL and RICEW objects combined with a modern approach to development that leverages AI tools to accelerate coding debugging and documentation processes
Key Responsibilities
Development Customization
Design develop and maintain highperformance Oracle PLSQL scripts stored procedures packages functions and triggers
Develop and customize RICEW Reports Interfaces Conversions Extensions and Workflows objects to meet complex business requirements
Utilize Oracle development tools including Oracle Forms Reports Workflow and BI Publisher to build scalable solutions
Proactively utilize AIpowered coding assistants and generative AI tools to generate optimize and document code ensuring rapid delivery and highquality standards
System Support Optimization
Optimize SQL and PLSQL code for maximum performance and efficiency within the Oracle database environment
Provide technical troubleshooting for Oracle EBS modules resolving complex issues related to data integrity and system performance
Conduct system audits apply patches and manage upgrades to ensure system security and compliance
Collaboration Strategy
Collaborate with functional teams and business analysts to translate business needs into technical specifications
Provide comprehensive support for endtoend processes across Oracle ERP modules encompassing Order Management Shipping Inventory and Delivery
Utilize specialized expertise in the Oracle Depot Repair module to manage customer service requests and repairs ensuring seamless integration with other EBS modules
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and user guides
Experience Minimum of 8 years of handson experience in Oracle PLSQL and Oracle EBS technical development
Technical Proficiency Expertise in Oracle SQL PLSQL Forms Reports and Workflow
Deep understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and data models
Proven experience with Order Management Shipping Inventory and Depot Repair modules
AI Proficiency Mandatory Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into the software development lifecycle SDLC to build refactor and troubleshoot code efficiently
Soft Skills Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional team environments
Lifecycle Management Proven experience managing the full SDLC from requirements gathering and design to deployment and postproduction support
