Purpose:
Purpose
The Enterprise Software Administrator III is responsible for the design and development of semantic models, dashboards, reports and data visualizations from various structured and unstructured data sources.

Accountabilities:

Accountabilities:
  • Leverage business, analytic, architecture and data management knowledge for problem solving related to Business Intelligence (BI), this includes developing visualizations using visual analytics tools, performing ETL to transform data, and performing deployments using DevOps-based deployment pipelines.
  • Translate business requirements into optimal and scalable semantic models, dashboards, and reports and organizing data across various data sets in a unified, scalable, and optimized semantic models.
  • Participating in defining BI and Analytics design standards to assure that company designs are consistent with the global architectural vision.
  • Mining datasets to identify patterns and correlations within large datasets to predict outcomes.
  • Adopt Agile process and build user stories, meet sprint commitment, work collaboratively to maximize team velocity.
  • Document specifications for business intelligence reports, dashboards, or other artifacts.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration with majors in Financial Analysis and Modeling, Technology, or related field with 3 years of related experience or a bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related progressive experience.

  • 3 years of experience with:
    • Tableau;
    • ETL;
    • RDBMS;
    • SAP Business Objects;
    • Agile Scrum Methodologies and SDLC;
    • AWS CloudFormation, including Ansible IAM, EC2, S3, Athena, Aurora, and CloudWatch;
    • Jenkins, GitHub, Flyway DB, and Jira.

  • 1 year of experience with:
    • Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Online, and Tableau Reader;
    • Working with Tableau across multi-cluster environments, including packaging Tableau software and making it available to end users for installation;
    • Testing and troubleshooting applications;
    • Working in the financial services industry with a focus on annuities.

$121,181 USD ANNUAL

Annual Salary for this role is market competitive. Actual salary for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Depending on the role, a discretionary bonus plan or variable sales incentive may be included.
