Job Title: Oracle Fusion ERP Business Systems Analyst
Duration: 12 months
Location: Brampton, ON
Work Mode: Hybrid (4 Days WFO)
Pay Rate Range: $ 50.00 - 51.47/hr
 
HERE''S WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Business Analysis & Requirements Management Partner with business stakeholders across Finance| Supply Chain| Procurement| and Operations teams to gather| analyze| and document business requirements.
  • Lead requirement discovery sessions| workshops| and stakeholder interviews to identify process improvements and system enhancement opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications| user stories| process flows| and solution designs.
  • Act as a liaison between business users| solution architects| development teams| and Oracle Fusion implementation partners.
  • Oracle Fusion ERP Solutioning Analyze and recommend Oracle Fusion ERP solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Support implementation| configuration| enhancement| and optimization initiatives across Oracle Fusion modules.
  • Evaluate end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities to streamline operations using Oracle Fusion capabilities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of business requirements within Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Enterprise Integration & Data Analysis Support integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP and enterprise applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)| REST APIs| and other middleware technologies.
  • Analyze data flows| interfaces| and business rules across multiple systems.
  • Work with technical teams to validate integration requirements| data mappings| and end-to-end process design.
  • Assist in data migration| data validation| reconciliation| and reporting initiatives.
  • Testing & User Adoption Develop and execute test strategies including SIT| UAT| and regression testing.
  • Create test scenarios| test scripts| and business validation criteria.
  • Coordinate defect management and resolution activities with business and technical teams.
  • Develop training materials and support business users during system deployments and post-production stabilization.
  • Governance & Process Improvement Ensure solution designs align with organizational governance| compliance| security| and audit requirements.
  • Maintain business process documentation| requirements traceability| and solution documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ERP processes| reporting| and user experience.
  • Support change management and adoption activities across business functions.
 
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO WIN:
  • Experience Minimum 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience| including at least 3+ years supporting Oracle Fusion ERP implementations or enhancements.
  • Proven experience working on large-scale ERP transformation programs.
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders| project managers| architects| and development teams in complex enterprise environments.
  • Oracle Fusion Expertise Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP modules including one or more of: Financials Procurement Payables Receivables General Ledger SCM Inventory Management Order Management Procurement Contracts
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion business processes| configurations| and reporting capabilities.
  • Integration & Data Management
  • Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)| REST/SOAP APIs| and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Understanding of data migration| master data management| and data governance principles.
  • Ability to analyze integration requirements and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
 
Requirements & Documentation Expertise in:
  • Business Requirement Documents (BRD)Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)User Stories Process Mapping Gap Analysis Functional Specifications Test Case Development UAT Coordination Technical Knowledge Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with Oracle BI Publisher| OTBI| and Fusion reporting capabilities.
  • Knowledge of ERP security roles| workflows| and approval processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
