Business Analyst

Role Summary

We are seeking an analytical, results-oriented Business Analyst with a minimum of 7 years of IT experience across various industries. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical bridge between technical and business domains, utilizing clear communication to ensure seamless project execution and team alignment. You will play a pivotal role in driving process optimization and managing complex project lifecycles, including Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations, data migrations, and Salesforce deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• SDLC Management: Drive software project implementations through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and engineering teams to ensure project deliverables align with core business objectives.
• Project Execution: Lead and support complex, enterprise-level initiatives with a primary focus on EHR implementations, large-scale data migrations, and the deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Process Optimization: Continuously analyze current workflows to drive process optimization, demonstrating adaptability and confidence in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Requirements Gathering: Elicit, document, and translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary liaison bridging the gap between technical teams and business units to ensure a shared understanding of product expectations and business goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 7+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Information Technology sector.
• Methodologies: Deep understanding of and practical proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Domain Expertise: Demonstrated history of successfully managing complex IT projects, specifically EHR implementations, data migrations, and Salesforce solutions.
• Soft Skills: Strong team player with exceptional communication skills, a highly analytical mindset, and a results-driven approach.
