Key Responsibilities
· Lead configuration of Workday modules including HCM, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Payroll, and Time Tracking based on complex business requirements.
· Architect and guide the development of Workday Business Processes, calculated fields, condition rules, and security roles.
· Lead the evaluation and adoption of new features from Workday releases to optimize system functionality.
· Develop and manage advanced, matrix, composite, and dashboard reports to provide actionable workforce insights.
· Drive data quality and integrity standards across Workday and connected systems.
· Design and lead testing strategies, including test plans, scripts, and user acceptance testing coordination.
· Provide expert-level Workday system support to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
· Mentor and upskill team members on Workday functionality and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 8+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience (or 6 years with a Master’s degree, or equivalent experience).
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Workday security, business processes, reporting, and calculated fields. Demonstrated ability to work on complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation and independent judgment
