Position : Technical Solution Architect
Location: Remote (Try to get candidates from NY NJ) client travel as an when needed.
Mphasis Professional Services is looking for a seasoned Technical Architect to design and implement scalable Conversational AI solutions using industry-leading platforms such as Kore.ai or similar. This role requires a strong foundation in enterprise architecture, AI integration and secure deployment, with exposure to modern technologies like Generative AI, knowledge retrieval and multimodal interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Architect AI-powered virtual assistants using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Kore.ai, Dialogflow, Azure Bot Framework)
Design scalable, secure architectures with third-party integrations (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow)
Implement RAG architectures to enhance response relevance using external knowledge sources
Integrate Large Language Models into chatbot workflows for summarization, classification and intelligent routing and Agentic AI Agents
Design prompt chaining and semantic search flows for document based and FAQ based virtual assistants
Lead API integration, middleware setup and deployment across cloud/hybrid/on premises
Enable voice bot deployment and contact center AI via telephony and IVR systems
Design and implement knowledge-based search using AI-driven techniques (e.g., FAQ ingestion, document indexing)
Drive performance optimization, CI/CD integration and code quality standards
Collaborate across teams and provide technical guidance to Developers and QA
Core Skills & Experience
12+ years in software development; 3+ in solution architecture
Proficiency in Java, Node.js, Python, JavaScript
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL), Redis
Familiar with containerization, DevOps and cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Experience on Gen AI Technologies: Agentic AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Azure), LangChain, Semantic Kernel
Knowledge of authentication (OAuth2, JWT, SAML) and enterprise-grade security
Familiarity with voice interaction systems (ASR/TTS, SIP, IVR)
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Hands-on experience with Kore.ai XO Platform or equivalent
Experience with RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) and GenAI guardrails
Integration experience with enterprise apps and CRM systems
Prompt engineering and LLM safety governance
Understanding of chatbot performance testing and analytics
