Summary

Job Description

Everforth ECS is seeking a Change Management Specialist - Senior to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of change management processes for ARNG infrastructure and enterprise services.
  • Review and validate change requests, assessing technical completeness and risk impact.
  • Coordinate Technical Review Board (TRB) and Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities.
  • Schedule maintenance windows and track implementation milestones.
  • Ensure rollback procedures and validation testing are documented and executable.
  • Monitor change performance metrics and analyze trends to mitigate recurring incidents.
  • Update system documentation and configuration management repositories accurately.
  • Collaborate with NOC, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to minimize service disruptions.
  • Maintain compliance with DoD and ARNG operational and cybersecurity standards.


Required Skills

Required Qualifications
  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 411-Technical Support Specialist at the Advanced proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): SecurityX / CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, FITSP-O, GICSP, SSCP
  • Education: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise IT service management within DoD or Federal IT environments.
  • Proven experience leading change management processes in infrastructure and network environments.
  • Strong ability to coordinate TRB and CAB activities and manage maintenance schedules.
  • Experience in monitoring change metrics and updating configuration management repositories.

  • Clearance: Active Secret preferred
  • Experience with DoD and ARNG operational standards and compliance.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and risk management frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess change impacts and performance trends.
  • Experience in coordinating across diverse IT and cybersecurity teams.
