Job Description Everforth ECS is seeking a Change Management Specialist - Senior to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities - Lead the execution of change management processes for ARNG infrastructure and enterprise services.
- Review and validate change requests, assessing technical completeness and risk impact.
- Coordinate Technical Review Board (TRB) and Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities.
- Schedule maintenance windows and track implementation milestones.
- Ensure rollback procedures and validation testing are documented and executable.
- Monitor change performance metrics and analyze trends to mitigate recurring incidents.
- Update system documentation and configuration management repositories accurately.
- Collaborate with NOC, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to minimize service disruptions.
- Maintain compliance with DoD and ARNG operational and cybersecurity standards.
Required Skills Required Qualifications - Clearance: Secret Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 411-Technical Support Specialist at the Advanced proficiency level
- Certifications (one or more required): SecurityX / CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, FITSP-O, GICSP, SSCP
- Education: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise IT service management within DoD or Federal IT environments.
- Proven experience leading change management processes in infrastructure and network environments.
- Strong ability to coordinate TRB and CAB activities and manage maintenance schedules.
- Experience in monitoring change metrics and updating configuration management repositories.
Desired Skills Desired Qualifications - Clearance: Active Secret preferred
- Experience with DoD and ARNG operational standards and compliance.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and risk management frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills to assess change impacts and performance trends.
- Experience in coordinating across diverse IT and cybersecurity teams.
