Job Description :: Monitored and managed electrical distribution systems via SCADA/ADMS/SOM/EMS platforms. - Supported outage management and real-time system optimization, improving operational reliability SOM Planner (Switching Order Management) to enhance safety by validating procedures in a virtual manner. Enables safe, structured, and efficient planning, simulation, and execution of field switching operations, typically integrated with ADMS, OMS, or EMS systems using SOM. - Troubleshot electrical and mechanical system issues, coordinating resolutions with field crews and vendors. - Assisted in system upgrades, configuration changes, and software implementation. - Provided vendor-level support and client-facing troubleshooting, ensuring smooth operations
