Oracle Cloud (OCI) Solutions Architect
We''re seeking a hands-on OCI architect to partner with our system integrator and take full ownership of our Oracle cloud ecosystem - designing, validating, and operating our OCI environment supporting Oracle Fusion (HCM, EPM, ERP) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Strong intent to convert to full-time as we build internal platform ownership.

Certification:
OCI required
Associate or Professional
Education :BA/BS CS, CE, or related field
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with implementation partner to review and validate OCI architecture decisions
Own OCI environment configuration compute, networking, IAM, and connectivity
Co-lead OIC integration architecture for HR and local payroll
Establish standards and best practices across OCI and Oracle Fusion (HCM, EPM, FAH, FDI)
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and operationally sustainable
Drive implementation-to-ownership transition with documentation and knowledge transfer
Identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities in current architecture
Serve as internal SME for OCI and Oracle integrations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
OCI
Compute, networking, IAM, compartments - hands-on required
OIC
Oracle Integration Cloud - proven integration experience
Fusion
HCM and/or EPM strongly preferred
Experience alongside large SIs (IBM, Accenture, etc.)
HR/payroll integration experience
Cloud security, identity, and networking fundamentals
Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
PREFERRED SKILLS
Oracle Cloud applications & tools
Implementation → steady-state transition
