Role Title: Solutions Architect – Oracle Fusion HCM
Duration: Contract-to-Hire (6 months)
Location: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite weekly in Dallas, TX or Jacksonville, FL)
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Solutions Architect to join our team and help shape the future of HR technology. In this role, you’ll lead the design and delivery of Oracle’s cloud-based HCM solutions, partnering closely with HR and business leaders to create systems that are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
- Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
- Configure and deploy key HCM modules while ensuring best practices
- Oversee integrations with third-party systems (including UKG where applicable)
- Guide teams through full lifecycle implementations—from planning through go-live and optimization
- Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and scalability standards
Experience & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Oracle Fusion HCM certification is highly preferred
- 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture or similar roles
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle HCM implementations

- Core HR
- Payroll
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
