Job Title: Data Governance Lead Insurance
Location: Warren, NJ

Role Overview
We are seeking a senior Data Governance professional to lead enterprise-wide governance initiatives for one of our premiere consulting clients. This role partners closely with meta data and analytics teams to ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and trusted data foundations.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement enterprise data governance strategy
Establish data quality KPIs, controls, and remediation processes
Lead metadata, lineage, and MDM governance practices
Support regulatory compliance and audit readiness
Drive governance adoption through training and change management

Qualifications

10+ years in data governance or data management
Experience with governance platforms (Purview preferred)
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Exposure to cloud data platforms and modern architectures

Nice to Have

Insurance domain exposure (not mandatory)
Purview, Collibra, or similar governance platforms
Cloud data platforms (Azure)
