Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, transforming it into a connected content engine.
  • Implement modular content capabilities to support scalable activation and personalization across various channels.
  • Lead the delivery of emerging digital marketing capabilities, including personalization, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, translating strategic priorities into actionable user stories and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency, ensuring alignment with broader strategic goals.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture through A/B testing and iterative experimentation.
Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or Technology.
  • 5-8 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in DAM platforms and content workflows.
  • Strong ability to write clear user stories with robust acceptance criteria.
  • Expertise in analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as AEM and Sitecore.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with AI-driven tools or platforms.
  • Proven track record in running A/B tests and developing experimentation plans.
  • Comfort with data modeling, customer segmentation, or predictive analytics.
  • Understanding of accessibility, SEO principles, and modern UX/UI frameworks.
  • Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
