Responsibilities
  • Lead the comprehensive delivery of strategic AI projects, ensuring they align with client objectives and expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with clients to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Oversee a diverse delivery team, providing guidance and support to program managers and technical project managers.
  • Collaborate with clients to shape project roadmaps, linking outcomes to tangible business value.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion within existing client relationships.
  • Manage project risks and implement solutions to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure high standards of governance and quality across all projects, including compliance and security measures.
Skills
  • 12+ years of experience in technical program management or delivery leadership, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multi-million-dollar engagements.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern delivery tools.
  • Technical fluency in full-stack web technologies and cloud infrastructure.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML integrations and modern software development practices.
  • Background in DevOps or platform engineering, including CI/CD and infrastructure management.
  • Relevant certifications such as PgMP, PMP, or SAFe are a plus.
