Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sr Principle Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support executive leadership in a dynamic cybersecurity environment while driving strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to cybersecurity leadership, translating strategies into actionable plans and execution.
  • Coordinate leadership rhythms, including staff meetings and reporting, to ensure alignment across cybersecurity priorities.
  • Manage the cybersecurity budget and vendor relationships, ensuring financial stewardship and operational excellence.
  • Prepare high-impact presentations and reports for executive leadership, translating technical vulnerabilities into business risks.
  • Serve as a proxy for the Chief Information Security Officer in high-stakes meetings and decision-making processes.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure effective communication across various departments.
Skills
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Cybersecurity, IT Operations, or Management Consulting.
  • Proven managerial experience of at least 7 years, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical literacy in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), SOC operations, and cloud security architecture.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of managing complex project portfolios.
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion with sensitive data, capable of effectively managing up.
Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience in a cybersecurity role within a similar organization.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications related to cybersecurity or management.
  • Experience managing a Project Management Office and Agile coaching teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive organizational change.
