Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy complex software solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to independently drive projects from concept to completion, and a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable systems.
Job Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy complex software applications and systems.
  • Take ownership of projects, working independently to deliver solutions with minimal oversight.
  • Apply and uphold coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns to ensure software quality and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of production systems.
  • Evaluate and apply new technologies, tools, and processes to improve development efficiency and product capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Experience designing and building scalable, maintainable systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) desirable, but not required.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle complex projects independently and deliver results without close supervision.
