This opportunity entails developing and/or configuring software of moderate scope and complexity. This position uses established knowledge of development languages, troubleshooting skills and data modeling. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction. This position leverages modern development practices, including AI-assisted development tools, to improve code quality, accelerate delivery, and support continuous learning.

What You'll Do:
  • Develops and/or configures software of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Resolves tier 2 and 3 support inquiries by addressing intermediate issues and following standard practices and defined solutions in addition to knowledge and experience. Redirects or escalates incidents and requests as needed.
  • Performs unit testing for a variety of programs, verifies tests are correct and meet their design, ensures written code is performing as intended.
  • Creates and maintains quality assurance and production environment deployment documents for internal reference and utilization.
  • Designs simple system specifications.
  • Participates in code reviews.
  • Installs and configures developer tools
  • Mentors Level I developers and participates in cross training.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and 2 years application development experience, or
  • In lieu of education, 6 years application development experience including .Net/C#, T-SQL/SQL, or JavaScript.

What You'll Bring:
  • Independently solves problems of moderately high complexity.
  • Proficient in at least one programming language. Expanding knowledge in other programming languages. (Azure, JavaScript, Python, .Net/C#, T-SQL/SQL)
  • Understands the components of software configuration, data management, machine learning, integrations and reporting.
  • Effectively mentors junior colleagues.
