Sr IT Project Manager - PMO (Security)

This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced IT project managers to lead cutting-edge projects in cybersecurity modernization. The position is completely remote and focuses on managing impactful initiatives related to disaster recovery and platform implementation.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead solution delivery, including planning, testing, and support to ensure project success.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Supervise project teams and third-party vendors to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to tackle hurdles during project development.
• Monitor program progression and maintain effective delivery standards.
• Regularly inform executives and stakeholders about project progress and risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct quality reviews and implement improvements through lessons learned.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, safeguarding delivery within constraints.
• Lead teams with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and continuous enhancement.
• Implement best practices in portfolio, program, and project management.

Skills

• Extensive IT project management experience with strong stakeholder interaction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in large organizations.
• Operational technology experience, particularly in asset protection or security.
• A completed four-year degree is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification and expertise in Project and Portfolio Management methodologies.
• Experience with change management and risk management in dynamic settings.
• Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence in pressure scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical language into business terms.
