Description
Business Analyst / Product Support Analyst to support the Document Management Product Owner responsible for a portfolio of enterprise content and records management applications. This individual will serve as the key liaison between business users, technology teams, and product leadership, helping drive adoption, enhancements, stakeholder engagement, and strategic initiatives.
This is not a traditional Business Analyst role. The ideal candidate will function as an extension of the Product Owner, supporting business engagement, gathering user feedback, facilitating meetings, and helping shape the product roadmap centered around PrivateLink which is hosted on OpenText Content Server, the banks official US records repository platform.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a representative and trusted partner to the Document Management Product Owner.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions with business stakeholders and end users.
Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and enhancement requests.
Partner with business teams to understand operational challenges and identify process improvement opportunities.
Conduct user interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions to support product planning and adoption efforts.
Help establish and manage user groups and stakeholder communities.
Track and communicate user needs, pain points, and product enhancement opportunities.
Support ongoing document management initiatives, including cloud migration, platform modernization, and user adoption programs.
Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business leaders to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
Assist with roadmap planning, release communications, training coordination, and change management activities.
Develop documentation, communications, and stakeholder-facing materials as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Exposure to document management, records management, enterprise content management, or workflow solutions.
Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies and product management concepts is a plus but not required.
Experience with user adoption, change management, training coordination, or application support initiatives.
Knowledge of OpenText or similar content management platforms is a plus but not required.
Knowledge of ShareFile, Kiteworks or similar file sharing platforms is a plus but not required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
