Job Description:

The Solutions Architect for HR Technology, serving as the Vendor & Business Integration Coordinator, is tasked with analyzing application architecture to ensure alignment with client standards. This includes creating detailed architecture diagrams required for Architecture Review Board (ARB) evaluations.

This role involves gathering requirements from GHR business users, coordinating with vendors for onboarding and resolving issues, and facilitating communication between technical teams and business subject matter experts (SMEs). The Solutions Architect ensures seamless integration and alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
