Job Title: Program Manager III (M&A)

Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $85.00/hour-$95.00/hour.
Duties:
Support the execution of the IT roadmap for Commercial Systems (CPQ, CRM, and Sales Tech) during post-merger integration phase.
This role focuses on the coordination of workstreams to ensure the acquired sales organization is successfully migrated to the target-state Quote-to-Cash architecture.
Support Sales Integration Roadmap: Assist in the execution of IT workstreams for M&A integrations, specifically focusing on CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Sales Operations, and CRM consolidation.
Coordinate Integrated Program Milestones: Track dependencies and progress for CPQ workstreams, including product catalog alignment, pricing rule migration, and quoting readiness.
Facilitate CPQ Readiness: Support the technical teams in ensuring system access, data mapping (SKUs, contracts, and assets), and reporting continuity for the acquired sales force.
Translate Requirements into Tactical Tasks: Assist in breaking down integration strategies and business requirements into clear IT tickets, sequencing steps, and delivery tasks for the commercial domain.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between IT, Sales Ops, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of system migrations and platform consolidations under aggressive timelines.
Status Reporting & Risk Documentation: Provide regular, execution-focused updates on workstream health. Maintain the risk log and ensure blockers are documented for escalation to the Program Lead.
Workstream Issue Resolution: Support the resolution of delivery hurdles within the CPQ and Sales domains, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to meet roadmap deadlines.
Skills:
M&A Integration Program Delivery: Proven experience leading IT workstreams for post-merger integration within one or more enterprise domains.
Cross-Domain Execution & Dependency Management: Strong ability to manage complex interdependencies across GTM, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and Data domains in fast-paced integration environments.
Enterprise Platforms & Technology Acumen: Experience coordinating integrations across CRM, customer support platforms, data and analytics stacks, infrastructure, and core enterprise systems.
Governance & Stakeholder Management: Ability to drive execution through structured governance, provide executive-ready updates, and facilitate timely decisions across IT and business stakeholders.
Hands-On, Independent Execution: Comfortable operating as a contractor in ambiguous environments, proactively identifying risks, driving resolution, and maintaining momentum under tight timelines.
