Job Details
We’ve evolved how we deliver technology to TIAA by moving many of our apps to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms. In doing so, we’ve created a situation where a significant amount of new technology has been put in front of associates with little guidance on how they should take advantage of the technology. Furthermore, SaaS platforms add new features and change at a rapid pace, faster than what many people can tolerate without assistance. In collaboration technology our engineers and support personnel have created guides and hosted events in addition to their core responsibilities, but the demand has become untenable. We have a need to hire additional people within collaboration technology dedicated to helping TIAA associates adopt the technology we bring to the organization.
