RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Business Analyst III to join their team in Mountain View, CA.

The Business Analyst for Member Success is responsible for the measurement, analysis, and reporting of operational health and CX opportunities across strategic channels, digital platforms, and product experiences. This position will work closely with key stakeholders to establish effective and accurate performance metrics, create accessible reports/dashboards, and provide qualitative analysis with actionable insights. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced, collaborative environment, and enjoys working with business partners and member support teams while working with complex data.
Duties:
* Extract and interpret data, identify trends, and convert insights into recommendations for product improvements, process improvements, and overall operational improvements
* Data stewardship and governance duties to maintain schemas and data repositories
* Establish and maintain dashboards and reporting capabilities for timely communication of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Take on, prioritize, and complete ad-hoc reporting, analysis and initiative requests in a timely and accurate fashion
* Builds out statistical analysis analytical models, learning plans, experimentation design, and A/B testing
* Leverage knowledge of platforms and processes to drive requirements for feature enhancements to our internal tools and reporting capabilities via automation and consolidation of sources
REQUIREMENTS:
* BS/BA degree in business, statistics or a related field is desired
* 5+ years of experience supporting B2C, CX, Operational, Product initiatives
* Authoritative knowledge of Python and SQL
* Experience working in Google Cloud Platform BigQuery, DataBricks, Qlik Sense, SuperGlue, GitHub, Tableau, Salesforce, AWS, NotebookLM, Gemini, ChatGPT, SuperGlue, Looker, Google Data Studio, JIRA, Airtable, Smartsheets, Excel, Google Sheets
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
