Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Developer with strong expertise in PeopleSoft Financials and PeopleTools. The ideal candidate will possess both functional and technical experience, working across Financial modules while designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise PeopleSoft applications.

Strong SQL and PLSQL programming skills
Experience with PeopleSoft Security, Roles, Permissions, and AWE Workflow

Autosys Job Scheduling and JIL scripting
Linux environment experience

Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and support PeopleSoft Financial applications.
Gather business requirements and prepare functional and technical design documents.
Build new integrations and enhance existing PeopleSoft functionality.
Develop technical objects using PeopleTools.
Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal technical solutions.
Configure and support PeopleSoft Security and Workflow (AWE).
Develop SQLPLSQL objects and optimize database performance.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with business and technical teams.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide permanent fixes.
Support PeopleSoft upgrades, migrations, and PUM implementations.
Ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.
Write Autosys JIL scripts and manage scheduled batch jobs.
