We''re looking for a passionate BI Analytics Manager to build and own enterprise-wide analytics that empower leaders to make smarter, faster decisions. Join a collaborative team in a vibrant downtown Dallas office with a 3-days-on-site / 2-days-remote hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise BI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Drive advanced analytics and data modeling, including complex DAX calculations, to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Build scalable automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to streamline reporting and boost efficiency.
  • Partner closely with business leaders, data engineers, and analysts to gather requirements and deliver high-impact BI initiatives.
  • Champion best practices in performance, data governance, usability, and security.
  • Drive user adoption through training, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and guide BI developers while setting high standards for quality and delivery.

What You''ll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in business intelligence and analytics, including leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and data modeling across enterprise platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with modern cloud data tools: Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, AWS, and related services.
  • Proven ability to define BI strategy, roadmaps, and standards that align with business goals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—especially the ability to translate complex data into clear value for senior leaders.

Bonus skills (nice to have): Experience with Tableau, Python, Coupa, or additional AWS services.

Certifications: Power BI, Tableau, or any similar reporting/analytics tools.
