We''re looking for a passionate BI Analytics Manager to build and own enterprise-wide analytics that empower leaders to make smarter, faster decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise BI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Drive advanced analytics and data modeling, including complex DAX calculations, to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Build scalable automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to streamline reporting and boost efficiency.
- Partner closely with business leaders, data engineers, and analysts to gather requirements and deliver high-impact BI initiatives.
- Champion best practices in performance, data governance, usability, and security.
- Drive user adoption through training, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide BI developers while setting high standards for quality and delivery.
What You''ll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in business intelligence and analytics, including leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in SQL and data modeling across enterprise platforms.
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud data tools: Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, AWS, and related services.
- Proven ability to define BI strategy, roadmaps, and standards that align with business goals.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—especially the ability to translate complex data into clear value for senior leaders.
Bonus skills (nice to have): Experience with Tableau, Python, Coupa, or additional AWS services.
Certifications: Power BI, Tableau, or any similar reporting/analytics tools.
