Pay Range: $30 - $32/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Engineering team with network and managed Wi-Fi solutions.
- Assess properties and evaluate network infrastructure for connectivity solutions.
- Create preliminary designs and collaborate with various teams.
- Track 15–20 projects and provide regular status updates.
- Conduct customer visits and technical discussions alongside Account Executives.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Strong networking and Wi-Fi fundamentals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience in network engineering or network/Wi-Fi design.
- Nice to have: Experience with structured cabling, cable installation, or network maintenance.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with sales engineering, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture.
- Nice to have: Proficiency in Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Excel, and Wi-Fi design tools such as Ekahau.
