We are currently hiring a LeapWork Test Automation Engineer for one of our esteemed state government clients.
Minimum Qualifications (Required)
Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems or a related field (as determined by the AOC).
Valid LeapWork Test Automation Certification, received within the past 3 years (prior to proposal closing).
Scope of Work (Core Responsibilities)
Plan, design, script, and deploy test scripts for Judiciary Information Systems (JIS) applications.
Configure and develop LeapWork test scripting solutions in line with AOC requirements.
Train QA staff on efficient LeapWork usage and provide knowledge transfer.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on LeapWork test scripting and ITIL best practices.
Build frameworks, develop test scenarios, document test cases, create automated flows, troubleshoot issues, log defects, and prepare user training materials.
Preferred Skills, Experience & Capabilities
10 years in all aspects of Quality Assurance (requirements review, test design, QA tool development).
8 years across varied IT environments (cloud computing + on-premise).
At least 3 engagements using LeapWork test scripting within the past 36 months.
Experience with tracking tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Familiarity with multiple automated testing tools (LeapWork, Selenium, Silk Test, Rational Functional Tester).
Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills. Ability to interpret test cases for high-level and functional processes.
Comfortable working in virtual team environments.
Knowledge of testing methodologies and practices, operating systems, software development fundamentals, SQL (basic), web and desktop applications.
Experience with data-driven automation, reusability & sub-flows, locator control in automation, scheduling & run lists, reports & dashboards, performance troubleshooting.
Familiarity with system test life cycle, review process, and test case documentation.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, and process/gap analysis. Place of Performance
Hybrid work model: 2 days remote and 3 days onsite in Annapolis, MD.
Must be able to report onsite within 24 hours if required.

Strong LeapWork automation expertise (hands-on scripting, framework design, knowledge transfer).
Broad QA leadership background (10+ years across multiple platforms).
Certifications: LeapWork Test Automation Certification (mandatory), ITIL, Agile/Scrum experience (preferred).
Cross-tool automation knowledge (Selenium, ServiceNow, Rational, etc.).
Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills for knowledge transfer to QA staff.
Flexibility to work onsite/remote and quickly adapt to client requirements.
