Job Title: ERP Program / Project Manager (PeopleSoft)
Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration,
-Project Management, or a related field.
-PMP Certification (Project Management Professional).
-Proven experience managing enterprise-level projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, risks, and deliverables in a large enterprise environment.
Required Skills & Experience Strong knowledge of ERP systems implementation and upgrade processes, specifically PeopleSoft.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, governance PMP Certification or equivalent project/program management experience preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities
-The selected candidate will support enterprise PeopleSoft initiatives and provide program and project management support across multiple projects and stakeholders.
-Program & Project Management Support the PeopleSoft Program Manager with strategic planning and day-to-day program operations.
-Interface with executive leadership, agency stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
-Facilitate project activities, meetings, and coordination efforts across multiple initiatives.
-Assist with project resource planning, prioritization, and allocation activities.
-Coordinate communication between technical teams, business users, leadership, and vendors.
-Understand organizational and political relationships among key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify, track, escalate, and assist in resolving project and program risks and issues.
-Ensure project deliverables are completed according to defined requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
-Stay informed on significant organizational initiatives and identify required program adjustments.
-Collaborate with IV&V teams regarding project findings, recommendations, and compliance activities.
-Governance & Strategic Planning Support preparation and coordination for PeopleSoft Governance Council meetings.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, and strategic planning materials.
-Assist with development of 3–5 year strategic roadmaps and program plans.
-Prepare and communicate project prioritization updates across the program.
- Program Administration & Reporting Collect, maintain, monitor, and report weekly program and project status updates.
-Track and report on program budgets, spending, funding, and operational metrics.
-Develop reports and dashboards to communicate program objectives and performance metrics.
- Maintain project schedules, plans, action items, and deliverables for distribution to stakeholders and project teams.
