• Title: Product Manager, Digital Product Management 

• Location: Denver, CO 

• Contract: W2 only, 10-month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full-time  

• Pay: $35-$40/hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match 

Overview 

Responsible for identifying and creating product requirements and taking ownership from initial concept through delivery. Will need to understand existing processes and how they will impact the end customers and create new approaches. Works closely with large organizations and cross-functional teams. It is important they will be able to understand customer behavior and needs then translate that into product requirements. Ability to dive deep into technical considerations as needed. This role focuses on the continuous improvement and evolution of the digital customer experience, particularly in the upper-market segments, with an emphasis on Secure Networking and Cybersecurity products. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Act as a proactive leader, driving collaboration across internal and external teams to design, develop, and execute a product roadmap supporting business goals 

• Enhance the digital experience for Secure Networking and Cybersecurity products to meet evolving customer needs 

• Assist in the creation and management of the digital product roadmap 

• Partner closely with stakeholders to ensure a streamlined end-to-end experience aligned with business strategy and digital best practices 

• Understand customer behavior and needs, translating these into product requirements 

• Manage requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning 

• Drive results with a customer-focused approach 

• Collaborate across functions and manage stakeholder relationships 

• Manage complex cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment 

• Dive into technical considerations as needed
