Description - W2 Only
Design, develop, and maintain Selenium/Java UI automation scripts aligned to existing framework conventions.
Build scalable regression suites for account opening/servicing, integrating into CI pipelines (e.g., Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
Enhance framework utilities (page objects, data providers, reporting) to improve reliability and speed.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads in DE and Philly to prioritize high-risk user journeys for automation.
Implement test data strategies and environment readiness checks; perform API-level validations where appropriate.
Produce clear automation metrics (pass/fail trends, flakiness tracking, coverage) and support release readiness ahead of August go-live.
Skills
Java, selenium web driver, banking experience, UI-focused automation, CI/CD (Jenkins/Github Actions), Git, Allure/Extent reporting, quality assurance, automation, coding database software, REST Assured/Postman, SQL basics, Docker/Grid, BDD(cucumber)
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on with CI/CD, Git, and reporting tools (Allure/Extent).
Familiarity with REST API testing (REST Assured/Postman) and basic SQL data validation.
Strong code quality practices (SOLID principles, maintainable page-object patterns).
Excellent communication and documentation skills; team player comfortable partnering with manual QA.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $58.00/hr.
