Description
Lead large-scale search infrastructure modernization programs, managing multiple technical workstreams including search relevance, ranking, and infrastructure initiatives.
Own and maintain comprehensive program plans for search architecture initiatives while coordinating regular cross-functional syncs and stand-ups across distributed teams.
Manage metric improvement programs and track remaining work across both engineering and science teams to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
Prepare and deliver monthly executive-level goal updates on key search metrics and infrastructure initiatives, as well as owning bi-weekly program status reporting for leadership.
Run weekly program review meetings, including soliciting demos, managing meeting operations, and coordinating with leadership for approvals prior to executive reviews. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential for regularly interfacing with executives and cross-functional partners.
Manage weekly syncs with partner teams on data quality and annotation improvements, coordinate with engineering teams on data pipeline operations and SLA monitoring, and work closely with science teams on search quality metric enhancements.
Maintain comprehensive program documentation and tracking systems to ensure transparency and accountability across all initiatives.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
While deep technical expertise isn't required, must be comfortable engaging in technical discussions and understanding the implications of architectural decisions on program timelines and deliverables.
Ability to work with data analysis tools and annotation workflows as well as program tracking and collaboration tools.
Experience with metrics-driven program management and the ability to translate technical complexity into clear business impact.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95.00 - $100.00/hr.
