End User Services Manager

Summary

The Director of End User Services & Client Experience (Americas) is a strategic leadership role responsible for delivering a modern, high-performance workplace technology experience across North and South America. This leader oversees regional IT teams and ensures employees have seamless, reliable tools to do their best work.
The role focuses on digital transformation, automation, and creating a "user-first" service culture. It emphasizes optimizing the user's first touchpoints with technology-such as devices, logins, and daily tools-and eliminating repetitive manual processes through scripting or integration.
The director must adapt leadership approaches to diverse environments, from fast-paced urban offices to highly regulated operational centers. The position plays a pivotal role in aligning regional IT services with global business strategies while championing employee experience and operational excellence.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
