Our DevOps team is looking for a motivated individual to join us and make a difference.
What you will be doing: As a part of the DevOps team, you will be responsible for: - Monitor system performance and perform daily analysis for optimization
- Enhance existing tools to further automation
- Interact with Product Management team to understand existing and new requirements
- Design, build, test, and maintain the support tools used firmwide
- Work with teams across the firm to continually improve the product
- Assist with daily support of the product
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related
- Experience with SQL, Python, Java, C#, Powershell, Batch Scripting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate confidently and concisely to both business and technical clients and colleagues
- Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and composed
- Desire to learn both the business and technical aspects of the financial capital markets in which FlexTrade operates
- Knowledge of FIX (Financial Information eXchange) protocol
- Good understanding of Windows OS and TCP/IP
