Project Technology Delivery Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Technology Delivery Manager in San Antonio, TX.

Overview:
We are seeking a Project Technology Delivery Manager to support medium to large-scale Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. This role serves as the primary technology liaison for project teams, managing the intake, coordination, and delivery of project-related technology solutions across the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
* Lead technology delivery for EPC projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule
* Manage project technology requests from initiation through completion
* Coordinate with IT, Engineering, Construction, vendors, and project stakeholders
* Provide visibility into delivery status, risks, and dependencies
* Support solutions including site connectivity, applications, integrations, data, and reporting
* Ensure standards, best practices, and governance are followed

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Construction Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 5+ years of experience supporting EPC projects in IT delivery, project management, or systems roles
* Strong understanding of EPC project workflows and jobsite technology
* Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities

Preferred:
* Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, or Azure DevOps
* Project Management or Business Analyst certifications
* Experience in process improvement and facilitation
* Familiarity with software development methodologies, tools, and best practices

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
