Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced QA Test Architect with deep expertise in the Tricentis testing suite to lead enterprise-wide quality engineering initiatives for a large Utility organization. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks, driving QA strategy across complex utility platforms, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across CIS, ERP, EAM, outage management, field operations, and customer-facing applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in utility environments and a proven ability to lead enterprise QA programs utilizing Tricentis Tosca, qTest, NeoLoad, and LiveCompare.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise QA and Test Automation strategy across utility business applications and platforms.
• Architect scalable automation frameworks using the Tricentis Tosca testing suite.
• Lead testing initiatives for utility systems including CIS, Billing, SAP, Maximo, OMS, EMS, mobile workforce, and customer portals.
• Develop automation solutions for functional, regression, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Implement risk-based testing methodologies and quality governance standards across multiple programs.
• Integrate testing frameworks into CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar DevOps platforms.
• Drive performance and load testing initiatives using Tricentis NeoLoad.
• Utilize Tricentis qTest for enterprise test management, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, and system integrators to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Lead QA teams, mentor automation engineers, and establish testing best practices.
• Support large-scale ERP, cloud migration, AMI, Grid Modernization, and digital transformation programs within the utility industry.
• Create executive-level quality metrics, dashboards, and release readiness reporting.
• Participate in architecture reviews and ensure testability of new solutions and integrations.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Architecture roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Tricentis testing suite.
• Strong expertise in:

• Tosca Automation
• qTest
• NeoLoad
• LiveCompare
• API and Integration Testing

• Experience supporting Utility industry environments including Electric, Gas, Water, or Renewable Energy sectors.
• Experience testing enterprise platforms such as:

• SAP
• IBM Maximo
• Oracle Utilities
• ServiceNow
• Salesforce
• GIS and OMS platforms

• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based architectures and hybrid environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
