Position Summary (Manufacturing IT Required)
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable IT Systems Lead to support both enterprise manufacturing systems and core IT infrastructure. This role combines hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Apriso Manufacturing Operations Management (MoM) software (or similar platforms), along with general IT support responsibilities including device deployment, Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, and network/security operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a strong understanding of manufacturing environments, shop floor technologies and IT best practices.
This person will work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost- effective business solutions for Oasis Venture Holdings.
Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Manufacturing Systems Support:
- Administer and support Apriso MoM software, including configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with SAP and MES systems.
- Provide functional and technical support for SAP S/4HANA modules related to manufacturing (PP, MM, QM).
- Ensure seamless data flow between ERP, MES/MOM, and shop floor systems to support real-time production visibility.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and IT teams to optimize system usage and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and rollout of new functionalities across manufacturing sites.
- Perform hands-on development and is accountable for supporting tasks.
General IT Support:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices across the organization.
- Provide end-user support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory.
- Monitor and support network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures including endpoint protection, patch management, and access controls.
- Maintain documentation for IT procedures, asset inventory, and system configurations.
- Perform program reviews and ensuring project management best practices take place for all engagements, mitigating risks, and effectively communicating with key stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
- Participate in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, new systems design, detailed project workplan and effort development, and implementation timelines
- Deepens knowledge of the application portfolio and its correlation to the support of business process execution.
- Participates in overall business planning in program area(s) to ensure alignment to business objectives.
- Effectively communicates program expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion; acts as liaison with business stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Estimates the resources and participants needed to achieve program goals.
- Drafts and submits budget proposals, and recommends subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Develops and meets business case goals for program area; identifies and manages program dependencies and critical path.
- Other duties as needed by management and/or business needs.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in IT roles supporting manufacturing and enterprise systems required.
- Experience with Apriso or similar MoM platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk).
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA in manufacturing contexts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Active Directory.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, security protocols, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outside of “standard” business hours from time to time based on Company/project needs.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP, Apriso Process Builder, BIS, and GPM.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation and reporting.
- Knowledge of industrial protocols (OPC, PLC integration) and IoT technologies.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
Education and Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft or Cisco are a plus.
Physical Environment & Working Conditions:

- Standing and walking for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds occasionally and regularly stand, stoop, reach, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb.
- Climbing (stairs, and other equipment as necessary).
