Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Site Deployment Program Lead to manage the successful rollout of enterprise IT solutions across our global manufacturing network. This role is responsible for overseeing program execution at the site level, ensuring that centrally developed solutions are effectively implemented, integrated, and adopted to deliver measurable operational and business value.

This position requires leadership across multiple sites, coordination with cross-functional teams, and the ability to bridge technical implementation with operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

1. Program Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end program management for the deployment of global IT solutions across multiple manufacturing sites.

  • Develop and maintain the deployment roadmap, sequencing, and governance structure to ensure efficient and coordinated execution.

  • Ensure all deployments are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

2. Site Deployment Management

  • Oversee planning, execution, and readiness for each site deployment, including technical, operational, and business aspects.

  • Coordinate site-level integration activities such as system configuration, testing, data preparation, and cutover planning.

  • Capture lessons learned from early deployments and implement improvements in future rollout waves.

3. Leadership of Site Integration Teams

  • Lead and provide guidance to site integration leads and dedicated business deployment resources.

  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and communication channels between global leadership and site teams.

  • Support site teams to ensure consistent and successful solution adoption.

4. Business Value Realization

  • Ensure deployed solutions deliver measurable operational improvements and business benefits.

  • Work with site leadership to embed new solutions into daily operations.

  • Monitor deployment outcomes and implement strategies to enhance adoption and performance.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as the primary liaison between global IT teams, solution delivery teams, and site leadership.

  • Align centrally developed solutions with site-specific operational requirements.

  • Manage escalations and resolve deployment issues efficiently.

6. Deployment Readiness & Change Management

  • Conduct site readiness assessments and coordinate business process alignment.

  • Facilitate end-user training, adoption strategies, and go-live support.

  • Champion change management practices to drive effective implementation and sustained results.


Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Experience: 10 15 years in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or enterprise system deployments in regulated environments (pharmaceutical, biotech, or similar).

  • Deployment Expertise: Proven experience leading large-scale multi-site IT deployments.

  • Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operational challenges in implementing new systems.

  • Leadership: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience deploying ERP (e.g., SAP), MES, planning, quality, or engineering systems.

  • Experience managing deployments across a global manufacturing network.

  • Strong change management experience, including adoption of new technologies and processes.
