Job Overview

Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers, operating systems, and software applications. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize system efficiency and reliability. Maintain and monitor backup to safeguard data integrity and minimize downtime. Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure security and compliance with company policies. Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and expansions to support business growth and technological advancements. Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides, for reference purposes. Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to address technical issues and support business initiatives. Patch Management globally. Stay informed about emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends to recommend improvements and enhancements to the IT infrastructure

Required Skills

• Active Directory
• VMware/Nutanix or any hypervisor.
• Office 365 - SharePoint, etc.
• Patch Management Software
• Backup - Commvault or Veeam
• Reporting and basic PowerShell scripting
