Seeking a API integration lead with extensive experience in Informatica MDM /Salesforce Integration programs and implementations within Financial Services organizations. Expertise in API design, source-to-target mappings, data transformation rules, customer and organization master data management, and data quality frameworks. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in designing scalable master data solutions, defining enterprise data models, implementing golden record strategies.
Primary/Key Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce/MDM Integrations/Architecture/Model workstream
• Lead data workstream for Salesforce MDM Integrations
• Design real-time and batch integration patterns between Salesforce and UMDM.
• Define target-state customer and organizational data models/APIs for Customer/Accounts.
• Design Golden Record, match/merge, survivorship, hierarchy, and relationship management processes.
• Partner with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable MDM solutions.
• Ensure Salesforce data aligns with enterprise MDM standards.
• Define API contracts, interface specifications, and integration workflows.
• Collaborate with integration teams on REST API, event-driven, and middleware-based solutions.
• Ensure bi-directional synchronization of customer and organizational master data.
• Define error handling, reconciliation, and monitoring requirements.
Source-to-Target Mapping Workshops & Transformations
• Analysis and mapping workshops.
• Develop detailed Salesforce-to-UMDM and UMDM-to-Salesforce mappings.
• Define transformation, standardization, enrichment, and validation rules.
• Ensure consistent mapping of identifiers, hierarchies, addresses, relationships, and reference data.
• Validate mappings with business stakeholders and source system owners.
Required Experience
• 10+ years of Data Management and Solution Design experience.
• Strong expertise with Informatica UMDM and Financial domains.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, and Party data models.
• Experience defining API integration strategies using REST services and middleware platforms.
• Strong experience creating source-to-target mappings, transformation specifications, and functional designs.
• Expertise in data quality, matching, survivorship, and hierarchy management.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
