Summary

The Senior APEX Developer will develop a secure, accessible, mobile-responsive Patient Portal that enables patients and caregivers to access records, submit documents, track applications and cards, and receive notifications.

Required / Preferred Experience

  • 7+ years of Oracle APEX and PL/SQL development.

  • Public-facing portal and responsive web application development.

  • Authentication, accessibility, and secure document workflows.

  • Healthcare patient portals and government applications preferred.

Key Technical Skills

Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, ORDS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, REST APIs, responsive design, MFA, identity and access management, WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508, ADA, Git, and Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop the Patient Portal, implement secure login and MFA, document submission, application and card-status tracking, self-service updates, secure two-way communications, mobile-responsive interfaces, accessibility remediation, unit testing, defect resolution, and deployment support.
