  • Job Type: contract, 6 months+
  • Location: Miramar, FL but open to remote (EDT hours)
  • Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $30-35/hour W2
  • No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role. No C2C

What You ll Do:


  • Coordinate a high-volume meeting cadence across senior stakeholders, including schedules, agendas, materials, notes, action items, and follow-up
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across teams, helping identify scheduling conflicts, communication gaps, dependencies, and next steps
  • Create and maintain tracking systems such as action logs, decision trackers, stakeholder maps, and follow-up lists to support accountability
  • Prepare clear, executive-ready materials and reports using PowerPoint and Excel
  • Use tools such as Slack, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint to streamline communication and improve team workflow

What Gets You the Job:


  • 5+ years of experience in coordination, operations, executive support, office coordination, or a similar fast-paced support role
  • Strong experience supporting senior stakeholders and managing complex scheduling, communication, and follow-up workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools, including Slack, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, solve problems, and stay calm when priorities shift
