Required Experience & Knowledge:
3-5 years of backend software engineering experience
Strong Java development experience in enterprise applications
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and RESTful API development
Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Experience with unit testing, test automation, and test-driven development (TDD)
Ability to participate in story sizing, sprint planning, and iterative software delivery
Strong collaboration skills across engineering, QA, infrastructure, and security teams

Preferred Experience & Knowledge:
Experience with Kotlin and/or Groovy
Experience supporting supply chain, warehouse management, or order management platforms
Manhattan Associates platform experience (WMS, WMOS, Active, or OMS preferred)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices
Exposure to cloud-native application development

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs
Deliver features aligned to prioritized product backlog items
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives
Create automated tests and validate functionality against acceptance criteria
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and secure solutions
Support production readiness, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform improvements
