Senior Salesforce Engineer/Architect

Location: Coppell, TX (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join a highly collaborative technology team focused on building and supporting enterprise Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on senior engineering role ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, mentoring developers, and driving platform improvements across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce expertise, strong integration experience, and the ability to contribute strategically while remaining hands-on in development and architecture efforts.

What you'll do

• Lead development efforts across complex Salesforce initiatives and enterprise integrations
• Serve as a senior technical resource and subject matter expert for assigned projects
• Mentor team members and help elevate development standards and technical best practices
• Partner with senior engineers to improve architecture, delivery processes, and platform reliability
• Drive epic-level technical work within JIRA and help coordinate execution across teams
• Develop innovative solutions that improve platform capabilities and business operations
• Collaborate with infrastructure, engineering, and business stakeholders on scalable solutions
• Adapt quickly to new technologies, tools, and development methodologies

What gets you the job

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce engineering and platform development experience
• Strong experience within enterprise Salesforce environments and complex system integrations
• Required Salesforce certifications:
  
  
  
  • Advanced Administrator
  • Platform Developer
  • Integration Architect
  • Sharing and Visibility Architect
  
  
• Data Architect certification preferred
• Experience with additional technologies such as Java, Node.js, React, or similar frameworks
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge including Postgres, SQL Server, DB2, or similar
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, firewalls, and proxies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor others
