Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise-level applications. This role combines hands-on development expertise with architectural leadership, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and the Force.com platform.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, administrators, and analysts.
- Lead solution architecture discussions and define technical standards for Salesforce implementations.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and other middleware.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through best practices and design patterns.
- Document current and future state architecture, technical specifications, and integration flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with enterprise standards.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies for Salesforce environments.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend the adoption of new features.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and declarative tools.
Technical Skills:- Proven expertise in implementing and customizing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and sharing rules.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and middleware tools like Mulesoft.
- Ability to design scalable and secure solutions adhering to Salesforce best practices.
- Experience in CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins and Bitbucket.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Financial Services Cloud Consultant.
- Experience with .NET/Java development for integration scenarios.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and database optimization.
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools like CRM Analytics.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and participation in PI Planning, backlog refinement, and sprint ceremonies.
